Need a few days off
Last week, I switched from taking Benadryl for fighting the heavy pollen in Austin to taking Flonase, and by Sunday it was clear that this was a mistake. My system reacts unusually strongly to steroids. I can’t stop eating (now I can see how obese people cannot control themselves), and my mind has started racing. So I am going to try to get back to normal and recover my concentration. I should be able to post soon.
This is an important insight: "I can see how obese people cannot control themselves." Obesity is not always just about self-control and will power.

Most everyone hates them, but...Neti pot saline nasal wash. Flonase is overpriced nasal wash. Get the temp and salt balance right, and it clears out sinus.
